Small apartment “Von Kellerhof” in Bad Birnbach

You can make yourself comfortable in the dining area, with a cup of tea or coffee that you will find in the snack basket. There is also a kitchen counter, with fridge, kettle, microwave and induction stove, cutlery and sugar. The bathroom is small but nice with a shower. Bed is 190 x 90 per person There are beautiful hiking trails and walking paths, and the neighboring village of Hirschbach where you will find a bakery, a butcher shop and a traditional Bavarian restaurant. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor (not the first floor!), with a private entrance and veranda. You can conveniently park on the property next to the chapel Other things to note From the end of October to the end of January, it is festively decorated, i.e. Christmas tree and especially pretty plates and gnomes. If you do not want this, please let us know before your arrival. Our apartment is located on a charming farm where horses, chickens, ducks and dogs live. You will also hear them from time to time. Of course, it can also smell of the countryside and animals. Your own pets are welcome by arrangement. It is located between fields and could be considered somewhat remote. Please note that the nearest shops are only accessible by car in 5-10 minutes or even by bike if you don't mind a longer ride. The house was built in 1770, so it is rustic and therefore the floor can creak, it can smell of wood which gives the house the charming feeling. The toilet is therefore also smaller and lower. The apartment is located on the first upper floor. Our cozy Airbnb is located between Bad Birnbach and Pfarrkirchen, ideal for relaxing spa visits in the famous healing water of Bad Birnbach. The nearest grocery store is only 10 minutes away by car in Bad Birnbach. The charming city of Passau is also nearby, and Munich and Salzburg can be reached in just two hours.
