Very cozy and welcoming, the property has two large balconies (lower and upper), an equipped American-style living room/kitchen, offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, two suites plus one bedroom, which can accommodate up to 12 (twelve) people in total, in addition to two more social bathrooms. The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, balconies and bedrooms with a fan, double bed and single mattresses, hammock hangers, bathrooms with showers, as well as an outdoor gourmet area with a barbecue grill. Close to tourist attractions, several baths and spas in the region, in addition to being in a strategic location, between São Luís/MA and the Lençóis Maranhenses region (Barreirinhas and Santo Amaro). The cottage is rustic, with very well-divided space and earns a lot of praise for the structure and divisions. The place offers direct contact with nature and the cozy climate brings incredible peace, being able to sleep with open windows listening to the sound of the landscape and the river. A great choice for honeymoons, family outings, and weekends with friends! In addition, we are equipped with a barbecue grill, sandwich maker, blender, refrigerator, freezer, minibar, stove, fans, kitchen utensils, tables, chairs, aiming at greater convenience for guests. Each room has air conditioning, a fan, a double bed and single mattresses, as well as hammock hangers. The kitchen is also equipped with a purifier, ensuring drinking water suitable for human consumption, but feel free to bring your mineral water if you prefer. We also have, in the common area of the condominium, for shared use, two kiosks near the river with barbecue grills, as well as two decks by the river. To rest and relax, we provide 3 hammocks on the balconies of the chalet. But you can bring your hammocks, as we have several hangers installed. Pets are welcome (if this happens, we kindly ask the owner to collect their pet's waste and dispose of it in a suitable place). We do not offer breakfast and meals, but you can bring your groceries to prepare your meals in the equipped kitchen. For the first night we have bedding and simple sheets, and pillows, but if you prefer, we recommend that you bring your extra bedding and towels (we do not provide bath towels). Also bring your toiletries (soaps, shampoos, toothbrushes, etc.). We do not offer extra bed and bath linens, nor do we provide hygiene items. We ask you to wash and clean all the dishes and utensils you use. We are a family that needs to keep everything in order for the next guest. Please note: An extra cleaning fee of 100.00 may be charged in case of a lot of dirt left when you leave. If crockery, dishes, portable appliances, household appliances, furniture or any object on the property are broken or lost, the market value of the item or repair in question will be charged. But usually in the summer you can enjoy calmer waters and the river is very shallow! There are markets and restaurants in the area, including delivery services, but if you want to bring your own groceries, we have an equipped kitchen so you can prepare and store your meals very well. The chalet comfortably accommodates an average of 10 to 12 people (above that, check availability). DAILY RATE FOR 10 PEOPLE: R$1,000.00 (OVER 10 PEOPLE WILL BE CHARGED R$100.00 PER PERSON). DAILY RATE FOR 3 TO 6 PEOPLE: R$600.00 (FOR MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE, R$100.00 PER PERSON WILL BE CHARGED). DAILY RATE FOR COUPLES: R$ 400.00 Day Use Rate (only to spend the day, without overnight stay), subject to availability, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.: 50% of the normal daily rate. Enjoy our discounts! Late check-out, subject to availability (to leave after 12 noon, until 6 p.m.): 20% surcharge on the reservation amount. We can make exceptions for 1 night, but our preference is always for a 2-night reservation for the weekend (Friday to Sunday). Because of the check-in and check-out times, we always try to close the whole weekend (2 nights), even with a bigger discount, because we lose out on booking other nights when we book only 1 night, because people usually want to arrive Saturday morning and leave Sunday late afternoon.
