There is a $500 penalty fee payable for any violation of this policy. 3. **Rubbish in Communal Area Penalty:** Any rubbish bag left in the communal area of the building will result in a penalty fee of $100. 4. **No Partying Policy:** No partying is allowed on the premises. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbors. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $2500. 5. **Late Check-Out Policy:** Due to our busy cleaning schedule and the need to prepare for incoming guests, late check-outs cannot be accommodated. Guests who exceed the check-out time may incur a penalty fee of $500. 6. **No Pets Policy:** Pets are not allowed in the building/rooms.
