Condo Package Pricing: • Winter (January 1, 2024 - April 30, 2024 and October 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024) = $75. • Spring (May 1, 2024- May 25, 2024) = $110. • Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 26, 2024 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 7, 2024) = $150. • Fall (September 8, 2024 September 30, 2024) = $110. *Six (6) facility passes and two (2) parking passes are included in the rental package. Additional passes may be available at the community office for $70 per pass per week. Occupancy limits strictly enforced by the community. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is parking available for 2 vehicles. One vehicle can park in the designated '2E' parking spot in garage; second vehicle may use a 'Reserved' space, or park on any clamshell parking- remember to place passes on dash! Guest access Provided door code gives access to entire unit.
