This serene 1-bedroom cottage is a guest house located behind our primary residence. It offers a blend of modern comfort and natural beauty. The open concept living area provides a large area for relaxation and socializing. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a convenient base for exploring the area, Tranquil Hideaway offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. This home is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke inside the cottage you will be charged a $250 fee. The space Our serene cottage is located behind our primary residence just a few minutes from Sumrall and approximately 15 miles from everything you want or need in Hattiesburg. You will have full access to the cottage, the covered patio with a full patio living room set and the fire pit. The home has a living, dining, kitchen combo. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, an oven, microwave and pantry. The laundry area is in the cottage and has a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom has a full size walk in shower. A Queen size adjustable bed in the bedroom awaits you and an extra air mattress is located in the laundry closet with linens if needed. The bedroom also has a small desk, a smart television, a dresser, and closet. We offer a high speed fiber internet connection. For a nice walk or bike ride we are located very close to the Longleaf Trace. This is a non smoking home. If you smoke inside the cottage you will be assessed a $250 fee upon checkout. Guest access You have access to the whole cottage, the covered patio, and the fire pit. You access the cottage from our primary residence driveway and park right in front of the cottage. You can check in via a lockbox on the front door of the cottage. You will be sent a code prior to check in. Other things to note The cottage is non smoking. Please don’t smoke inside the cottage. If you smoke inside you will be assessed a $250 fee.
