Our Bass Bungalow is situated off the main road to Ute Lake, NM on Loop 540 and Rainbow. While this property has been around for decades, this previous garage was recently converted into a great space with our Ute Lake fishermen in mind! Enjoy our outdoor kitchen and patio equipped with outdoor cooking amenities. The Bass Bungalow is a 2 bedroom/1 bath, full kitchen, dining & living room, with space for 8 guests, strong wifi, TVs in both bedrooms and living room, and cold air conditioning. The space Bass Bungalow is centrally located between both Ute Lake State Parks (1.3 miles to each) on Loop 540 and Rainbow in Logan, NM. With ample parking for cars and boats, and even an RV spot, enjoy all that Lake Life has to offer with your family & friends! Our lake home comes completely stocked with new linens, towels & pillows, a full kitchen with fridge & freezer, stove & oven, toaster, microwave and coffee bar with a drip coffee pot and single serve Keurig (coffee included!) There is plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes and everything you need to prep your home-cooked meals. There are 2 houses on this property. There is a shared outdoor kitchen and patio area available for both guest houses. Outdoor cooking amenities include a smoker, charcoal grill and propane griddle. While only 2 bedroom, we have the ability to sleep 8 guests comfortably. The master offers a king size bed, the bunk room has queen bunk beds and the living room has a full size sleeper sofa. There is also plenty of floor space to utilize our twin air mattress. Both bedrooms and the living room each have a Roku TV, strong wifi and cold ACs. Enjoy sitting on the front porch to enjoy your morning coffee or playing games on the back patio in the evening! Just a little slice of heaven at the Land of the Sun. Other things to note Firewood is available to guests for the fire pit and there’s plenty of space for boat parking. We offer 1 RV camper hook-up with a 50 amp plug and water access for a $35 fee per night.
