The space One bedroom with queen size bed, one bathroom with shower, sofa folds out into a full-sized bed in living room, fully stocked kitchen; Wi-Fi; park free in attached carport, plenty of free parking for extra vehicles; small, fenced-in back yard for pets to run free; large propane grill, small charcoal grill, and dining on front porch; small hot tub and seating on back deck, fire pit; creek borders 10-acre farm, 1/4 mile hiking trail around back property; property attached to wildlife refuge. There are two very friendly dogs, a couple cats, and rabbits and chickens (no roosters!), that are part of our family here. Apartment is attached to main house at one wall, but has completely private and separate entrances, and no shared spaces. There is a one-way locking door that cannot be accessed from the main house, and owners do not enter apartment without consent of guests. There is another small detached rental unit on the property. Baby crib, pack and play, two twin size rollaway beds, queen air mattress, all available on request. Guest access Guests have access to entire apartment, carport/porch in front, enclosed deck in back. Small fenced backyard for pets is accessible through deck gate.
