The house offers 5 different bedrooms, The basement is packed with entertainment from games to a theater room and have a blast with the indoor pool and sauna! This is the perfect spot to host a family reunion or even a small wedding! Want to go to the beach? Games Lake is just a 25 min drive away with a public beach that hosts free parking. Sibley State Park is a 20 minute drive and has plenty of things to do outside and fun trails to explore. Target and Walmart is about a 5 minute drive down the road.. how convenient is that?! 🙃 Pulling up to the property, you will be greeted by lush flora and well-maintained landscaping that will make you feel like you are in a country paradise. When entering the home you will be greeted by a cozy living room with plenty of seating, including 3 leather couches, bar and stools, 2 chairs, grand piano and a large smart TV. From here you can walk straight through to the large dining room and seating area that leads to the kitchen and smaller dining room. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances for your use and also includes all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you would need to make all of your favorite meals from home. The large dining room has a table that comfortably sits 16 and has plenty of natural light coming through the window behind it. The small dining room fits 6 in the kitchen area that has a large island with more seating. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom has a patio door. The room features a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted television, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The other guest rooms are located down the hallway and include one queen bedroom, one king bedroom, bunk room of 4 bunks, and another bedroom with a set of bunks with a queen. The rest of the bedrooms have access to the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a half bath closer to the front of the house. Office/Den- This room contains a desk if you need to do any work during your stay. A total of 14 bed spaces but would possibly permit floor or couch space to sleep for large groups with extra kids. Inquire before booking. Enjoy the outdoors? Out here you can find plenty of seating around a solo stove surrounded by cozy lighting if you just want to kick back and enjoy the MN weather. You can splash around and have fun in the inside pool away from the mosquitoes with the pool toys that are provided. There is even a blackstone grill outside the dining room/sitting room if you enjoy grilling some food. *Washer and Dryer Available! *Arlo security camera on garage facing the driveway and one by front door* *Property is large enough to host a small/medium size wedding…inquire for more information and rates* *Daily bookings for birthday/pool parties available. Any people other than those in the guest party (renter) are the sole responsibility of the guest (renter). Parties and events are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company and paid an event fee. If a party or event did happen at the house an additional fee will be charged to the card on file based on the property rented. 3. This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 4. Please be considerate to the neighbors and not have loud music after 10 pm. 5. All items in the home and on the property, including DVD's, CD, books and games are intended for entertainment and enjoyment of the guests while staying at the house and are not to be removed from the home or property. 6. Please clean the grills after each use. There will be a $50 cleaning fee charged if grill is not cleaned. 7. No smoking allowed in the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. ($500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell) 8. Please follow the departure instructions to help keep our cleaning costs down.
