Looking for a hidden gem with river front views? Look no further! Located just feet from the Allegheny River is our newly remodeled 3BR/2BA duplex. Full kitchen, finished basement, sunporch and deck with beautiful views. Personal gate access to the river front and dock! Within walking distance to the famous Oakmont bakery and majority of Oakmont's restaurants, bars and shopping. 5 minute drive to Oakmont Country Club. Unwind, relax and kick your feet up! The space Main floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, sun porch, bedroom 1 (queen bed), washer/dryer, bathroom 1. Entertainment center in the living room has board games and coloring supplies. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and enjoy meals with friends and family. Finished basement includes living room (queen sofa bed), sitting area, bedroom 2 (full bunk beds), bedroom 3 (king bed), and bathroom 2. Bookcase in the sitting area has a poker set, cards, chess set and dominoes. Deck off the sun porch includes outdoor furniture and a grill with BBQ utensils under grill cover. Please cover grill after use. There's a firepit in the side yard with a complimentary stack of wood inside. **Please note this is a duplex with another unit adjoining. Both duplexes have separate entrances. You have your own space in the back yard but will share the yard with the other duplex. (see outdoor photos) Please be respectful to the guests in the unit next to you. Sound does travel!! Guests have gate access to the river front and dock. Gate is in the backyard with about 20 steps down to the dock. Gate access to the river front and dock will be shared by both duplexes. There is NO boat launch site on our property. See below for nearby launch site locations. No trailers are allowed on our property. So please make plans accordingly to park your trailer. Back yard and gate access to the river front and dock will be shared with the adjoining duplex. Other things to note Again, please note this is a duplex with a second unit adjoining. Both duplexes have separate entrances. Back yard and gate access to the river front and dock will be shared by both duplexes. Only 2 cars per duplex. Please park only 1 car in front of your duplex. Second car can park in the spaces next to the shed. NO trailers allowed! Our properties are located at the end of a small access road that is a dead end. You will drive between a small apartment building and their parking lot which can be a tight squeeze. No parties or events allowed! Please be respectful to our neighbors. They do live there year-round. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm-8am. We do supply linens and extra linens and blankets for each bedroom/sofa bed, bath towels and extra bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent/pods, dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, trash bags and basic cleaning supplies. There are complimentary travel size sets of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, shower gel and body lotion in each bathroom. Please note they are travel size. Each bathroom has a hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. We have included for your basic cooking needs.. salt and pepper, EVOO, Pam, sugar, flour, and Italian seasoning. We have a coffee station that has a Keurig, variety of k-cups, sugar and sweetener packets and creamer singles. There are also children's dinnerware, silverware and cups for your convenience. We as owners use this as our getaway as well so please treat our hidden gem like you would your own home! We want your stay to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. The less you have to bring and remember the better!!
