This is a small private bedroom with private bathroom. The unit is located on the ground floor of our single-family house. It is one block from Golden Gate Park in the beautiful residential Richmond District. Can walk to music festivals, museums, park, and beach. Easy commute by public transportation or by Uber/Lyft/taxi to downtown, Union Square, Chinatown, and Fisherman wharf. No parking offered No animal allowed! Airbnb gives exemption! The space This small bedroom is only for one guest and a perfect place to relax after experiencing the city. It has a private entrance, bedroom with a new queen size mattress bed and the working desk. Full bathroom with shower. There are microwave, small refrigerator Guest access -one queen size bed -Full Equipped bathroom for your private use( no shared bathroom) -refrigerator, microwave, and hot water pot ( not for cooking) -free Coffee & tea -High-speed internet ( up to 300MB/sec) all the bathroom amenities including towels, body wash, shampoo, lotion, and hair dryer - Iron available Other things to note - Keyless entry! No keys required. When your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the code when the room is ready The house entrance is the white door on the left. Press the door code then turn left to open the door. walk down the hallway, your room is A the 2nd door on your right. press the room door code again, then turn right to open the door -you will hear some noises from upstairs and next unit but I will provide earplugs -No visitors allowed unless the guest informs the host. The unit located first floor and next to backyard. There were ants sometimes even I cleaned the unit very well , specially when it was raining days. I did put ants traps there.
