Christelle and Ludo welcome you to the "Le Grand Vallat" cottage located in the countryside, in a quiet and wooded area, in the middle of the hills where you can stay alone, with family or in a group. The large stone building dating from 1827 currently has 4 cottages. We make every effort to make this space warm and welcoming to make you have a pleasant stay in the heart of the Ardèche. The space This cottage consists of 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. On the ground floor, the kitchen is open to the living room with access to the bathroom. All making 74 m2. You will find beautiful wooded exteriors including a swimming pool, a petanque court, a barbecue area, swings, a kindergarten for your little ones etc... Guest access Upon arrival, we will welcome you in person to hand you the keys and show you around. On site, you will find a large private parking lot where you can park your vehicles as needed. Located close to all amenities, you will find everything you need nearby: shops, local markets, producers, hypermarket with pharmacy, as well as a hospital within 15 minutes. Ideally located to visit the Ardèche area, you are 17 minutes from Aubenas city center, 14 minutes from the character village of Vogüé, 23 minutes from Ruoms, and 33 minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc, not to mention the historic village of Largentière located less than 15 minutes away.
