The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed; 14 cm mattress). Access to the bathroom is through the living room. After unloading your luggage in front of the door, you can park in the parking lots of the property (a few meters away). We will provide you with the keys to a garage where you will find different equipment at any time (clothes rack, ironing board) and outdoor games (badminton, adult/children's balls, croquet, table tennis rackets, etc.). This garage can accommodate your bikes. Your stay includes access to the swimming pool heated to 28 degrees (open from mid-April to mid-October depending on the weather). It is accessible at reasonable hours (approximately 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.). It is also open to loft residents (2 to 6 people) and owners if they are present. By booking the cottage and loft plus a bedroom (see other listing), you will have 10 beds (5 beds in 4 bedrooms) and you will enjoy for your group the privatization of the Jacuzzi and sauna and the almost exclusivity of the pool (except owners). The indoor areas (including the indoor pool) are strictly non-smoking. There are plenty of outdoor spaces for smokers. Other things to note You will benefit from the presence of a housekeeper at check-in and check-out, and at any time, by simple call. The entire property is intended for quiet and relaxing stays. Please avoid organizing loud parties. IMPORTANT THE POOL IS IN WINTERIZATION FROM THE END OF OCTOBER TO APRIL (dates are indicative and weather-dependent).
