This work is part of improvements to the facilities to provide you with a better experience in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding, and we are available for any questions or support you may need during your stay. 😊 The space This one-bedroom apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In the room you will find a large King Size bed, and in the living room a sofa bed ideal for two more people, allowing you to accommodate up to 3 guests without losing comfort. The kitchen is practical and functional, equipped with basic cooking utensils, microwave, two-burner electric stove, blender, coffee maker, toaster and minibar, perfect for preparing breakfasts or light dinners. You'll also have a 2-in-1 washer/dryer (detergent not included), making the space ideal for both short and long stays. The apartment has air conditioning, 100mb fiber optic Wi-Fi and a Smart TV in the living room to enjoy your favorite series or movies. In addition, the private balcony gives you extra space to relax, work or just enjoy the weather. Guest access Check-in is at the condo reception with the security guards who are there 24/7. They will give you a wristband, which you must wear throughout your stay and return at check-out With your reservation, you have access to the condominium's common areas: - Rooftop - Infinity pool - Jacuzzi - Gym - Co-working area The rooftop and pool are available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm Other things to note The most common means of transport in Playa del Carmen are taxis (tip: always agree on the price with the driver before getting in), rental cars (there are a variety of rental companies), and buses (cheap but uncomfortable). If the idea is to stay in one area and spend a lot of time at the hotel, it's best to travel when necessary by taxi and with excursions. For explorers, on the other hand, the ideal thing is to rent a vehicle to tour the area more comfortably. We offer complimentary cleaning service only for stays longer than 5 nights.
