They are unavoidable in this area. Even if we maintain a high standard of cleaning, there is still a small chance you may see them occasionally. They are attracted by food residuals, unclean dishes and untimely disposed rubbish etc. If pests are not acceptable, DO NOT make reservations. No eatable items supply For safety reasons, we don't provide any edible items. Like, coffee, tea, milk, pepper, salt, oil etc. These items are available in the nearby supermarket. Any of these items left behind will be trashed. Additional note This listing is for the indoor part of the building only. And the cleaning fee is for the indoor area only. If you need to use the outdoor area like the courtyard, please let us know before making a reservation. Outdoor area is not always under control. Additional cleaning fee applies. This is a family house managed by a family business. The house is large. We cannot guarantee the house is perfect. We are happy to fix any issues quickly if you report. We keep the house affordable and set a low cleaning fee. However, If you do have this expectation, please order our extreme cleaning service ($1500+). We will clean every single corner of the house indoor and outdoor. And we will have cleaning staff onsite at your check-in to make sure you are happy before leaving.
