Spacious and cozy accommodation with garden, deck and private pool. The space Welcome to our spacious and charming house in Brohult, Helsingborg – a perfect choice for your summer holiday! The house is in a quiet residential area near forest walks and a popular disc golf course, only 5 km from the city center. The accommodation is great for families, couples or friends who want to relax in peace and quiet. The house has a total of four bedrooms – two of which are larger and two slightly smaller, perfect for 4 to 7 guests: • The main bedroom has a king size bed of 180 cm. • Another room has a 140 cm bed. • The other two rooms each have a 120 cm bed. All beds are comfortable and thoughtfully made for a good night sleep. There are also two bathrooms, a bright and spacious living room overlooking the garden and the pool, as well as an extra living room with karaoke – perfect for nice evenings together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. In the separate washing room there is both washing machine and dryer. The whole house has fast Wi-Fi. The back garden is private and verdant, with large wooden deck, BBQ, dining area, swings and a comfortable lounge sofa. It also has a wonderful pool – perfect for sunny summer days! We also have two sunbeds where you can relax in the sun. There is room for up to two cars in the driveway. Please note: The pool heating system is currently not working due to a technical glitch. We are actively working to resolve this as soon as possible and appreciate your understanding. Please note: For hygiene and consideration reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept pets at the property. There are also two bathrooms, a bright and spacious living room overlooking the garden and pool, and an additional lounge with karaoke – perfect for fun evenings together. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities. A separate laundry room includes both a washing machine and dryer. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The backyard is private and lush, featuring a large wooden deck, BBQ, dining area, swings, and a cozy lounge sofa. There's also a lovely pool – perfect for sunny summer days! We also provide two sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy the sun. Parking is available for up to two cars in the driveway. Other things to note We would love for you to feel at home and enjoy your entire stay with us. Some friendly reminders: – Smoking indoors is not permitted (there is a designated space outside). – Please be considerate by keeping the noise level low after 10 PM. – Parking facilities: max 2 cars in-front of the house. One car can be parked in front of the garage, and the other by the fence but please pull the car forward as far as possible so as not to block the entrance to the neighboring house opposite. – There is an EV charger available at the house.
