Less than 10 minutes to Middlebury College, this house is a perfect home-base for a weekend escape. Four bedrooms, three and a half baths on three acres with a spacious deck and stone patio with Solo Stove fire pit. Weber grill, yard games and plenty of comfortable patio furniture makes this a great spot to host a family gathering outside! Home gym in the basement with Peloton, treadmill, Rogue Assault Bike, TRX and a variety of free weights. Electric car charger available in the driveway. The space The main level is made up of the kitchen, dining area, living room, guest room/office space, powder room and one full bathroom. Access to the deck is available through the front door or through the sliding glass door off the kitchen. Upstairs is the remaining three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The basement has the gym as well as a washing machine and dryer. There is a fire pit and salt water hot tub with stunning eastern views available for use right off the deck. Guest access The whole house will be available to you during your rental. Other things to note The three upstairs bedrooms will have window air conditioning units during the summer months. The main level of the house is well-cooled by the heat pump in the kitchen. This house is on a well and septic system, that is set up to handle 8-10 people max. If you are hosting a get-together with more than 10 people, you MUST rent a porta-potty or you will overflow the septic! I’m happy to give recommendations. Please note: We have our own dog, and while our house will be thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest, we cannot recommend someone stay who is highly allergic to dogs.
