Welcome! Whether you're in town to attend a Razorback game, visit friends and family or just to explore beautiful Northwest Arkansas, we hope you'll enjoy a relaxing stay with us! Our 3 bedroom home is a simple, family friendly, clean and comfortable place that borders an 80 acre bird sanctuary right off of the White River. Our safe and quiet neighborhood is just 4 miles from campus and the Fayetteville square! We ask that guests already have positive reviews through Airbnb. The space Beautiful yet simple 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. One master bedroom with private bathroom, plus, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the hallway. Enjoy your friends, family or just some quiet time on the large deck overlooking the bird sanctuary and Ozark hills (best view in winter months). Some people ask if my garage is available for parking, unfortunately I have stored furniture there so it is not available for guests at this time. Guest access You are welcome to use the whole house minus the garage which isn't accessible to guests.
