Berkeley Hideaway

Enjoy our quaint guest room in a centrally located Berkeley home. It has a private entrance, full bathroom, queen size bed, futon that converts to an extra sleeping space, kitchenette and private outdoor dining space. There is also access to shared grill, laundry and exercise facilities. It's only a 5 minute walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, yoga studio and public transportation, 1 mile to downtown Berkeley & 1.5 miles to the UC Berkeley campus. City of Berkeley Permit ZCSTR2020-0790 The space Hideaway is a private guest room on the first floor of a duplex. The front main house and second story of the duplex are occupied with permanent residents. Please be respectful and mindful that this is our home. We aim to provide you with privacy, but please know there are 6 people including 3 children and 2 dogs that live onsite. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the Hideaway, and shared access to the garage (laundry, utility sink and exercise equipment) and the yard. Other things to note The Hideaway has a very basic kitchenette that includes a mini-fridge, microwave, electric tea kettle, French press, and toaster oven. The Hideaway does not have a kitchen sink. The futon folds down into a short, twin bed (67" long). It is best suited for children or people who are short in stature.
