Charming and cozy site located in Betim, approximately 40 km from Belo Horizonte. Complete leisure: swimming pool (7m x 4m with a depth of 1m) with waterfall and whirlpool; barbecue equipped with rotisserie, wood-burning stove with iron pans, outdoor sink with countertop, outdoor tables for 20 people, pool table, sauna for 8 people, showers, balcony upholstery, floor fire, indoor fireplace, whirlpool bathtub and lawn for sports with fruit trees! The space Sítio Morada do Sol has 4 bedrooms, affectionately nicknamed Moon, Star, Gaia and Sun. The Moon room has a double bed and two single beds, with a bathroom next door. The Estrela and Gaia suites share a closet and a bathroom, with two solar-heated showers and two sinks. Both suites can be arranged to accommodate singles and/or couples. The Sol Master Suite features a king-size bed, sofa, closet, and solar-heated whirlpool bathroom. All rooms have a beautiful view, with natural ventilation, freshness and lighting. Bed and bath linens are not provided. All windows have a blackout option. Sítio Morada do Sol has a large living and dining room with high ceilings and wood paneling. In the dining room, there is a table with 8 seats and a china cabinet equipped with dinnerware for 12 people. In the living room, there is a 3-meter-long retractable sofa, armchairs, a fireplace and a television. Sítio Morada do Sol also has a large and well-lit kitchen, accompanied by a pantry and laundry room. With a central granite island, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need: 4-burner stove, oven, Brastemp fridge with freezer, sink, water purifier, table and chairs! In the pantry, you will find: Oster toaster, George Foreman grill, microwave, Walita blender, thermal coffee bottles, strainer and holder, cooler for freezing drinks, pots and pans set, refractory baking dishes, roasting pans and pressure cooker. In addition, dinnerware, cups, glasses, cutlery, and bowls are at your disposal. In the laundry room, you have access to a 15 kg Eletrolux washing machine, a sink and two clotheslines. The entire house has 500 mega Wi-Fi. Come and see!! Guest access The Sítio Morada do Sol has ample covered and open parking space, and can accommodate up to 20 cars parked inside the property. Access to the site is entirely via asphalt, being located close to bakeries, hypermarkets and distributors. Although it is a region of small ranches, it is still considered an urban area, combining the tranquility of the countryside with the security of the city. Other things to note The orchard at Sítio Morada do Sol offers you the experience, depending on the season, to enjoy the fruit in natura: blackberry, pitanga, acerola, jaboticaba, cassava, mango, avocado, carambola, lemon, orange, tangerine, lychee, banana (silver, gold and apple) and, for lovers, 3 pequi trees. To complete the experience, collect free-range eggs straight from the chicken coop!
