Relaxing and charming home in Bolton overlooking beautiful Lake George. Each morning be awaken by spectacular sunrise overlooking the Tongue Mountain Range and Northwest Bay. Located on a quiet street, our home is scenic and peaceful, yet only a short drive to Bolton and Lake George, Saratoga Springs, the Adirondack High Peaks, ski mountains, and all that the Lake George Area has to offer. Our home is the perfect place for your next Lake George getaway! The space Secluded and surrounded by nature, Bolton Lake View Retreat is a hidden gem that allows you to escape from it all with family and friends, while still being located in the heart of Bolton Landing. The house is comprised of three floors: The main floor is an open concept with a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. Coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave are all also available. There are plenty of plates, bowls, serving-ware, mugs, espresso cups, wine glasses, champagne flutes, glasses, pots, pans and more. Flow from the kitchen and dining room area to the living room, which has ample seating and beautiful views overlooking Lake George. The top floor of the home offers the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom. Each bedroom on this level features a king sized bed. The master bedroom includes a small porch directly off the bedroom, which is perfect for taking in the morning sun while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. The lower level also consists of 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Both bedrooms on this level also feature a king sized bed. Two sliding screen doors lead out to the oversized deck, perfect for family and friends to relax. Off the side of the kitchen and dining room area you will find a roomy screened in porch. On this level, there is also a half bathroom with a laundry area. Guest access Guests have full access to the house. We just ask that you do not open or access our detached storage shed.
