A peaceful and central sea view 2 bed apartment. Enjoy the outside space to front and rear and walking distance to some of the best attractions Bangor has to offer. Apartment comes with private sea view patio at the front and courtyard at the back. The space WiFi: the WiFi connection is strong with an Eero set up to allow a dependable connection for remote working. I normally work from home + have ensured it’s dependable for this reason. TV: the TV is a 55inch with Netflix and Prime available alongside the usual digital channels. Outside space: the outside space is private and not shared among the other apartments. The back has a bbq + extendable clothes line. The front has chairs + bench seat. The views are beautiful and on a summers day you can watch the sun set. Local bars + restaurant: you will be very central and walking distance to various bars and restaurants. The Jamaica inn is less than 10minutes turning right from the door. The nines is a couple of minutes turning left. Bangor courthouse is a lovely venue with music, bar and various shows. The rabbit rooms is another bar nearby approx 5 minutes walk. There is a family friendly pizza restaurant called “Little wings” on Main Street. Walks: Ballyholme beach is to your right. With coastal walks to your left follow on round past the marina. Pickle fun park: a great place for kids and is located a walk along the marina. Guest access Full apartment + garden to front and rear. Please be aware there is a B+B next door and their garden/ patio is private. Please be respectful and curteous of neighbours within the same building.
