The space Charming Room for Rent in Family Home Enjoy a spacious and welcoming 20 m² room, ideal for your stay. Equipped with a private shower and sink, and an adjoining toilet (common area – possibility of "privatizing" them if necessary, however access will remain through the common hall), this room has a comfortable queen-size bed (160 cm) and portable air conditioning if necessary for your comfort. Perfect for resting after a busy day. The 2 windows overlook our courtyard and garden respectively. Bedroom is located upstairs (stairs). Family and Friendly Atmosphere We live in our house with our two young children aged 7 and 3, and our 2 cats. Our house is lively, sometimes (often) messy and noisy, still under construction especially outside, but always welcoming. We will make sure you feel at your best in our warm and family environment. We love sharing meals with our guests and you will be welcome at our table, to share the eggs of our hens or the vegetables from the garden! Guest access Common Spaces & Amenities Guests can take advantage of our fully equipped kitchen as well as common areas. Our large terrace is perfect for relaxing, and our outdoor hot tub is accessible for a fee, from April to December approximately. Warning: notify (at least in the morning for the evening) to book the private session – €13/1.5 hours Are you bringing children? We can install a baby bed and/or a high chair for older children, we have booster chairs (TripTrap) and dishes for little ones. Alternatively, we can give you access to our bathtub for easier bathing of a baby. The courtyard is closed, you can park your car for free and securely inside. Activities & Recreation for kids Our house is lively and suitable for children with various play areas: outdoor play area with slides and swings, sandbox, trampoline, playroom and lots of toys. During your stay We will be there for the duration of your stay, so you can ask us if necessary! Evening meal We welcome you to our table, whether you come with your meal or share ours. Your choice: - "Les pieds sous la table" for a free contribution of your choice (minimum €4/person): join us to share a family meal in all modesty. - "Spanish hostel": bring part of the meal to prepare-share - ingredients and/or dish and/or starter and/or dessert at your convenience! In this case, we will discuss this beforehand to organize it (PS: we are open (foodies and curious!) to any type of cuisine and diet.) If you prefer to prepare your meal, you can of course use the kitchen, dining room or terrace. And if you're looking for a little more tranquility or privacy, also note that the bedroom has a folding table and the necessary dishes.
