As you step into this spacious apartment, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room that seamlessly blends with an open kitchen, creating the ideal space for mingling and cooking together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. For your convenience, we've stocked the kitchen with basic cooking tools, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, and basic pantry items, so preparing meals will be a breeze. Coffee enthusiasts will delight in the coffee station featuring a coffee pot and tea kettle. We offer complimentary ground coffee and an assortment of teas for your convenience. For those in need of a peaceful workspace, we have an office atrium/bedroom located off the kitchen, providing a quiet corner for you to attend to any work-related tasks during your stay. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the private balcony, where you can enjoy the serene view of the backyard. It's the perfect spot to savor a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. In the sleeping quarters, you'll find three private bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and one offers a cozy full-size bed. We also have a twin daybed in our atrium office/bedroom. We provide freshly laundered linens, pillows, and towels for each guest. The full bath features a shower, and we've taken care of your toiletry needs by providing shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer. During your stay, you'll have access to two spaces in our parking lot. For any additional cars, there is non-meter on street parking at the end of the block. You will also have access to our backyard garden patio with a gas fire pit table and plenty of chairs for lounging. Guest access During your stay at the 3rd St. Balcony Bungalow, you will have access to the entire upper apartment, which includes: Three private bedrooms One full and one half bathroom A fully equipped kitchen A spacious living room An office atrium that can also serve as a bedroom A private balcony overlooking the backyard A backyard patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit table (shared by guests in upper and lower units) The apartment is accessible via both a private front and private rear entryway, offering you added convenience and privacy. For entertainment, we provide an internet-connected television with access to streaming services, so you can unwind with your favorite shows or movies. Additionally, the apartment has a dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi network, ensuring reliable connectivity during your stay. You'll also have access to two parking spaces in our lot, with free on-street parking available nearby for additional vehicles. Please note, the apartment is accessible by stairs, as it is located on the upper floor. You will have complete privacy throughout your stay, with private entry and no shared spaces. Other things to note Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times, especially on the balcony and in common areas outside the building. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony. This policy ensures a clean and healthy environment for all guests. If you need to smoke, please do so in an outdoor area away from the building. No Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the apartment. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. No Parties or Events: The 3rd St. Balcony Bungalow is intended for quiet, relaxing stays. For this reason, parties, large gatherings, or events are not permitted. We strive to keep the apartment a tranquil retreat for our guests and neighbors. Keyless Entry & Security: Both the front and rear entryways are equipped with keyless entry for your convenience. Prior to your arrival, we will provide you with a unique entry code that will be active only for the duration of your stay. Additionally, doorbell cameras are installed at both entry points for your security and ours. Additional Guests: Please ensure that the number of guests matches the booking details.
