The space -About The Space: The studio is on the upper level with a private entrance separated by a lockable door. -Bedroom: Includes a queen bed, two C-shaped side tables, a 46-inch TV with Netflix, Max and Roku, a corner chair, and a bookshelf with various books. There's an A/C unit and ceiling fan. -Balcony: Accessed through the bedroom, with curtains for privacy, a hammock, bench with pillows, and outdoor lights. -Kitchen: Equipped for coffee, refrigerator, microwave, and basic cooking with an electric countertop, double burner, pots, blender, and mixer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. Iron and board provided. -Amenities: Keypad access and driveway parking available.
