Welcome to Casa Caruá 3, the right apartment to settle in and enjoy the São João festivities in Caruaru! We have two bedrooms and a large space ideal for up to 6 people. Enjoy the practicality and convenience of a quiet and strategic location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, laundries, shopping and just 8 minutes from Pátio do Forró. The space Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED apartment! Located on the 1st floor (accessed by stairs), this space was designed to offer comfort and practicality during your stay. With a CLEAN, SPACIOUS and organized ENVIRONMENT, you will find a cozy retreat, great for relaxing and enjoying the city. Our apartment has great air circulation, offering a fresh and ventilated space. Room: - For the whole family and friends: The living room has a large "L" shaped sofa that accommodates 6 people and also easily converts into a sofa bed that accommodates up to 2 people. - Comfort and Entertainment: Equipped with a 32-inch TCL Smart TV. - Home office space: It also has a glass table and an ergonomic chair for work and study! - We've also added an extra fan in the room to better accommodate the 6 guests. Kitchen: - Fully Equipped: The kitchen offers all the basic utensils needed to prepare your meals, including a FROST FREE refrigerator, microwave, stove, water cooler, sandwich maker, blender and thermos. - Utensils: Equipped with a set of non-stick pots, a pressure cooker, an American set, glasses, plates, cutlery, cups and other basic utensils. - Practicality: Detergent, dishwashing loofah and trash can with garbage bags are included, making your stay easier. Bedroom 1: - Ventilated and comfortable: A room with good natural ventilation and an ARNO TURBO fan, a double BOX bed and bed linens included! - Comfort and Functionality: Includes black-out curtains! Bedroom 2: - Comfort: contains a new double bed (totaling two beds). - It has a large fan; Bathroom: - Practicality: It offers a shower with strong water pressure and hot water! - Ease: Includes TOILET PAPER, some cleaning products and floor cloths, for your convenience. Back yard: - Ventilation: The yard allows fresh air ventilation into the apartment! - Safety: It has large protective screens on the backyard window (and the entire apartment). - Functionality: Includes broom, squeegee and dustpan. INCLUDED IN THE STAY: Bed linens, sheets, towels and toilet paper (support) are included at NO ADDITIONAL COST, providing more comfort and practicality during your stay. Wi-Fi is also provided at the stay and is already connected to the TV. Not included: Soaps, shampoo and streaming logins during the stay. It will be a pleasure to welcome you here! Guest access Access to the entire apartment and common areas. We accept longer stays! Send a message about stays longer than 7 days and monthly! (We can negotiate the amounts) Other things to note RULE: Please respect our NO SMOKING rule inside the apartment! 🚭🚭 We don't mind if you smoke, as long as it is OUTSIDE the apartment, and we also kindly ask that cigarette butts not be thrown around the apartment or in common areas. This rule helps us keep the environment pleasant and clean for everyone. In case of non-compliance, a fine ranging from R$50 to R$3,000 may be applied, due to the need for special cleaning of curtains, upholstery, pillows, bed linens and eventual damage to the furniture.
