Our authentic post and beam home is nestled on top of 10 private acres but is just outside the picturesque town of Littleton, NH. 8 min to downtown Littleton shops, breweries and entertainment, 9 min to Moore Reservoir, 20 min Echo Lake and Cannon Aerial Tram, 25 min to Cog Railway, 30 min Clark's Trading Post, 40 min Santa's Village and just under an hour to Santa's Village and Storyland! The space The neighborhood is a quiet, well paved, and maintained road (perfect for kids/bikes), the driveway has plenty of room for cars, we have an oversize fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs overlooking the white and green mountains Guest access You'll enjoy the entire property - a two car garage (which comes in handy if it is snowing) plus the house, sunroom and patio overlooking the mountains Other things to note I include most everything to run the house so you can just bring food, clothes, and something yummy to drink. Dog families - we do allow one pre-approved dog for a fee of $150 per stay for responsible owners (that fee goes directly to our cleaners) owners will need to pick up after their dog (in our yard and in the neighborhood). Owners must assure us that dogs will not be on furniture/bedding, that dog feet will be wiped coming in the house and dogs will not be left alone in the house. To make your stay easier - we provide one large crate you may use, a dog bed, bowls, dog paw wipes, poop bags and a separate dog waste trash bin. Please let us know the breed/size of the dog prior to booking.
