Our 50m² flat offers enough space for up to 4 people and is perfect for a short break or a longer stay. The bedroom welcomes you with a cosy king-size bed and high-quality bed linen. In the clothes wardrobe you`ll find a flat iron and an iron board. You can also use the laptop table as a workstation. The balcony offers you space to enjoy the morning sun. In our modern bathroom you will find high-quality towels, an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer and free shower products such as shampoo, shower gel and soap. The well-equipped kitchen offers you plenty of space to practise your cooking skills. There is also a Senseo coffee machine with coffee pads and tea for free usage. On our sofa, you have enough space to watch movies or read a book. Thanks to its central location the apartment offers a great starting point to quickly reach the historic old town or the train station in Waiblingen. Other things to note The parking spaces on the street are exclusively for residents with a parking permit. Illegal parking will result in a parking ticket. The nearest car park ‘Marktgarage’ is approx. 5 minutes' walk from the apartment and the maximum daily rate is €10 according to the website.
