The space Welcome to our one of a kind weekend getaway in Williams, Southern Oregon. Our little town has a population 1100 people, a post office, and three little stores ( Williams General Store, Takubeh Natural Market and Williams Country Store all within 3.5 miles from your doorstep ) where you can grab last minute food items. The Applegate Valley is home too many vineyards and wine tasting adventures. Plaisance Ranch & Vineyard ( our very own local ) is 6 miles from our doorstep, with many more on North Applegate Rd. Grants Pass, is 24 miles, Jacksonville is 30 miles away, which is home to the Britt Festival, and a sweet little Historic touristy town. Simplicity is our key. Upon your arrival, you'll have a gate code to enter through our gated property. Privacy and security is our goal as a host and for our guests. Our driveway will lead you down to your very own private parking area. It will be lighted in the evening for easy access as will the gravel pathway to the stairs and down to the yurt. Our Yurt is warm and welcoming. We have a queen size bed ( sleeps 2)( extra bedding and pillows available upon request) queen airbed available upon request, charging cords for phone/tablet, bluetooth speaker for playing music, a couch and a little dining table with two chairs, hot plate, microwave, mini fridge, kureg coffee maker with pods and creamer, bottled water if desired. A hot water kettle with tea & honey sticks, plates, cups and silverware, pots and pans, along with salt, pepper and olive oil if desired. Bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, clean towels and toiletries, on-demand hot water tank. If extra towels are needed, let me know and I'll bring you more. Outside you'll have your very own private deck (we milled from trees here on our property) picnic table, rocking chairs. All you will need to bring is your desired food items. Upon request, pack-n-play, bedding, high chair, kids dishes at no extra fee. We ask that your kids respect the Yurt and treat it with love. Guest access You'll have access to the areas surrounding the yurt, deck, creek area, (please do not go past the bridge) Parking area, (please don't pass the parking area...Private) We live on the property above the yurt, and will respect your space while you're staying with us, and ask that you respect ours as well.. If you have any questions or need anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Other things to note We are a little homestead, you will hear chickens, geese, dogs and the little's... (Grandkids (-;) occasionally our sawmill, tractor, excavator, dump truck. Weekends are usually more busy here on the homestead than during the week. Additional guest @ 25$ each. May bring own tent, deck can hold two person tent.
