Whether you are wanting a short stroll or a long ramble there are many walks from and around the village and there are two good pubs! The village is within easy distance of the market town of Petersfield which has many shops and eateries, along with the railway linking London to the north and Portsmouth Harbour to the south. The space The home offers deceptively spacious living spaces throughout, comprising a generous sized living room with log burner and Sky TV. An extended and re-fitted kitchen/dining room is very well equipped with a gas range cooker, larder cupboard, 'beans to cup' coffee machine, fridge/freezer and separate extra freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, centre island and breakfast bar, along with a large dining table and chairs. The bi-folding doors from here leads to the large enclosed garden with patio seating areas. There is a useful downstairs cloakroom with toilet, basin and storage for shoes and coats. On the first floor there are three rooms plus a refitted shower room. Upstairs is currently furnished to provide sleeping accommodation for between two and four guests with a king size bed and airing cupboard storage in one room and a double bed and double wardrobe storage in another. The third room is left as extra space with a stocked bookcase and standing mirror. Towels, linen and kitchen tea towels are provided. Parking is on street and not allocated. However, Buriton is a quiet village and parking is normally available directly in front of the property.
