Our cute bachelor suite is all set for your arrival - whether you're coming here to relax, to work, or a bit of both! You'll have the entire self-enclosed space to yourself with all essentials included - comfortable queen bed, fully stocked kitchen, table and chairs, recliner, desk & chair, closet & dresser, full bathroom & more. There's even a washer, dryer & clothesline, along with a deck to enjoy. It is on a quiet, safe street with a paved driveway and close to amenities. See you soon! The space Your bachelor suite is in the walk-out basement and has two windows and lots of lighting, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) with full size range and refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small coffee maker, etc. You have a private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The rooms are carpet free and smoke free with a couple of non-skid mats on the floors. It has been freshly renovated with a heat pump for heating and cooling and a high efficiency air exchanger for comfort. There is a great workspace with fast Internet for working remotely. We are located in a safe and quiet subdivision that is within walking distance to the exhibition, NSCC, fast food restaurants and coffee shops, grocery store and pharmacy, etc. The LCLC, hospital and professional center, mall and big box stores are a short drive across town. The suite has an open concept and was designed and is best suited for a single person, but we can accommodate couples for short stays. Guest access You will have access to a shared basement entry that has the laundry plus the door to the apartment. You will have use of the backyard and deck, patio furniture and outdoor clothes line. You have a paved driveway to park and a finished walkway to the basement entry. There are several steps to the back deck if you choose to use it but there is seating at ground level if you rather. Other things to note We have a Keurig and will have a couple of K-cups to give you your morning caffeine boost but bring your own favorites for the rest of your stay. We have a Roku tv that you can watch but we only have free channels on it. The unit is in our home and as we don't smoke, the property is non-smoking...this includes vaping. We are quiet as is our neighborhood with no loud music, etc. and we expect the same courtesy from our guests.
