It is one of 60 private studios within Vernon House, a tastefully restored heritage building located on St Mark’s Square, Primrose Hill in the conservation area of Regent’s Park. It is within close proximity to vibrant Camden Town, Chalk Farm, St John’s Wood and Marylebone. Primrose Hill has a village-like atmosphere with lots of cafes, bars and boutique shops and the top of the hill is one of the six protected viewpoints in London, offering spectacular views. Regent’s Park, one of London’s Royal Parks, is home to London Zoo and an Open Air Theatre. There are excellent transport links. Nearest tubes are Chalk Farm and Camden Town on the Northern line with Hampstead two stops away and six stops to Leicester Square in the heart of the West End. All the studios are homely and comfortable with stylish interior design and high-quality furnishings and fixtures. They have a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-ring hob, combi microwave oven and fridge. Each studio has a dining table and smart TV. The Location: Vernon House is a delightful Grade 2 listed building in a conservation area in Primrose Hill. This trendy area is populated with numerous bars, restaurants and local amenities. Trains and buses offer frequent services to nearby Camden Town, Chalk Farm, St John’s Wood, Marylebone, the City and West End. Primrose Hill is known affectionately by locals as ‘The Hill’ and it is well known for its celebrity set. Try some of these local places: Primrose Bakery, The Queen’s pub, Melrose and Morgan, Lemonia and for relaxation there’s the Cowshed Spa.
