The Snug

This is a newly converted ground floor studio flat, formerly a double garage and attached to our home. It offers a generous living space for two people and is well equipped. The Snug is a comfortable, modern space and includes a bedroom with King sized bed and fitted wardrobe, wet room and open plan living/ kitchen space. The space You will have access to all spaces within The Snug (not locked water tank cupboard ) this includes a bedroom with king size bed, bedside units and lamps, fitted wardrobe containing a iron, ironing board, wash basket and clothes horse, a tall drawer unit to store clothes with a Hair dryer within. There is a large generous wet room with dual headed shower, wc, wash basin, heated towel rail and storage. Towels are provided along with toiletries. Spacious fully equipped kitchen and living area. Kitchen is equipped with electric oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery, utensils, foil, clingfilm, cooking oil, seasoning, tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning materials and anything a holiday cook can reasonably anticipate. Should there be anything not provided please let us know and we will endeavour to remedy. There is a dining table for two to sit round and enjoy those meals and then why not relax on the large L shaped sofa in front of the 42inch smart tv and enjoy Netflix and other tv streaming platforms provided. Guest access You have access to all areas of The Snug including small private garden area with seating but excluding one locked cupboard. Other things to note Please remember that though this is a self contained ground floor flat with private garden area it is part of our house and has rooms above and along side. Expect usual household noises, though we do endeavour to keep this to a minimum and ask all guests to respect eachother. Note that we have quiet hours between 2200hrs and 0700hrs.
