Beautiful villa "Marguy" of 125 m2 with 700 m2 of garden. Just 400 m from the beach, you can easily enjoy the lively life of Vaux-sur-Mer and its surroundings. This pleasant seaside villa will allow you to spend good times with friends or family both in its very large main room or around a barbecue under its shaded terrace. The center of Vaux sur Mer is 900 m away and Royan is a 5-minute drive. Enjoy the beautiful customs officers' trail along the coast The space The accommodation consists of a large living room/kitchen/dining room. In the mezzanine, you will find a bed and an additional sofa bed as well as a stereo and a table ideal for working remotely. You will have a bathroom with bath and shower, and two separate toilets. The other 3 large bedrooms all have a large bed with bedside tables and wardrobe. Note: The 4th bedroom is therefore on the mezzanine and is not suitable for small children because of the staircase. The large terrace, partly covered, can accommodate your lunch and family or your aperitifs on the way back from the beach, thanks to its outdoor table or garden furniture. Young and old will not fail to appreciate the garden for a game of soccer or molky, or simply read under the big tree while enjoying its freshness. In the house, you will find games and some books. The bike path passes in front of the house, ideal for discovering the region by bike! Plenty of activities will be available to you: nearby beaches, walks on the customs trail, the day market of Vaux sur Mer and Royan, the night market of Nauzan, the casino, mini golf, the Zoo de La Palmyre, escape games, Royan balneotherapy, the Cordouan lighthouse...
