Welcome to our cozy home, located less than a mile from the heart of downtown Ellsworth. Great space for singles or couples. Enjoy local food, shopping, and outdoor recreations or take a short 30 minutes drive to explore nearby Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. + 1 bedroom/queen bed + Pull out sofa + Full bathroom (toiletries including body wash, toothbrush, etc.) + Fully equipped kitchen + Heat pump air conditioning + Keurig/coffee/tea + Pack N’Play (included in stay, upon request) The space The guesthouse is attached to our primary residence with a private entrance on the side of the house. When you walk in the door, you step right into the living room and kitchen area (open concept style). The door between the kitchen and living room takes you to the bedroom, from the bedroom you will see the bathroom with a door. Guest access Full access to the guesthouse and parking in the guest space in front of the garage. Other things to note Please excuse the exterior of our residence as we wrap up the new lawn and exterior maintenance. Please be assured that there will be no disruption to your stay.
