My Airbnb is in the best location in the Hotel Zone, within a resort with a white-sand beach and shallow waves, as well as amenities you can choose to enjoy, such as two pools, a children's water park, and authentic Mayan ruins. Also across the street, in "LA ISLA" shopping mall, you'll find restaurants, a casino, museums, a movie theater, and much more. Read on for all the details about this wonderful and unique accommodation, where you'll have an unforgettable experience! The space Private 65 m² apartment on the second floor with 2 elevators. Well equipped and with a BALCONY overlooking the gardens. It has one bedroom with two double beds and a single futon. There is an area with another double bed that has a sliding curtain that separates it from the dining room to provide complete privacy, and in the dining room there is another single futon. Upon request, sheets, pillows, and blankets can be provided for the use of the sofa beds and a baby crib. It has a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, blender, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware, pans, and complete kitchen accessories. It has a dining table for up to 6 people and 2 high chairs at the kitchen bar, as well as a high chair for a baby. The apartment has central air conditioning, 2 smart TVs, a sound system, and a safe. Guest access ONLINE CHECK-IN, GUARANTEE FOR INCIDENTALS AND RESORT FEE 8 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL (or immediately after your reservation if your check-in is sooner), you will receive a message with the instructions to complete the CHECK-IN FORM on the condominium’s website. This form must be filled out NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL (or earlier, if your arrival is sooner). In the form, you will be asked to upload an OFFICIAL IDENTIFICATION and register a VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD on which the condominium will make a PRE-AUTHORIZATION OF $100 USD to guarantee the payment of INCIDENTAL EXPENSES that may arise during your stay. If there are no additional charges, the hold will be released to zero within 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE. In case of extra expenses, these will be charged directly to the registered card. If the card provided is declined or no guest has a valid credit card, the GUARANTEE FOR INCIDENTAL EXPENSES will be requested through the AIRBNB RESOLUTION CENTER (This is already authorized by Airbnb in our case). With the payment of the RESORT FEE OF $10 USD PER PERSON PER NIGHT (adults and children over 2 years old), you will have access to the FOLLOWING AMENITIES AND BENEFITS: • Access to the beach • Access to the 2 resort pools • Palapas on the beach (first come, first served) • Access to the children’s water park • Kids club • Access to authentic Mayan ruins within the resort • Activities and events (subject to availability, some with additional cost) • Parking for 1 vehicle per reservation (first come, first served) • Arrive from 11:00 a.m. and begin enjoying the resort areas even if the accommodation is not yet ready • Stay at the resort until 3:00 p.m. on your departure day, after vacating the accommodation at 11:00 a.m. • Store your luggage if you arrive before the accommodation is ready or after your check-out • Access the Wi-Fi in the resort’s common areas The use of the amenities and benefits mentioned above can be selected in the check-in form. Afterwards, we will send you a message through Airbnb with the instructions to make the payment directly on the platform via the resolution center. IMPORTANT: THIS PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND MUST BE PAID FOR ALL NIGHTS OF YOUR STAY. ONCE THE CONDOMINIUM CONFIRMS THE INCIDENTAL EXPENSES GUARANTEE AND THE PAYMENT OF THE RESORT FEE (in case you have chosen the use of amenities), WE WILL SEND YOU THE ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS AND THE ACCESS CODE TO THE ACCOMMODATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT NEITHER THE INCIDENTAL EXPENSES GUARANTEE NOR THE RESORT FEE CAN BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL, as our operation is independent from the hotel and the arrival process is SELF-MANAGED. IMPORTANT NOTES: • Some amenities may close or be suspended without prior notice for reasons beyond our control. No refunds apply. • The resort does not provide towels; inside the accommodation you will find beach and pool towels. • The resort fee includes only the mentioned amenities. It DOES NOT include consumption in restaurants, bars, or access to the gym. THE ACCOMMODATION HAS ITS OWN HIGH-SPEED WIFI NETWORK. We also have a Wi-Fi service in common areas provided by the hotel and INCLUDED IN THE RESORT FEE. Since this is a shared network used by all guests, SPEED AND STABILITY MAY VARY OR BE TEMPORARILY INTERRUPTED, or even suspended without prior notice for reasons beyond our control. Once the resort fee and the incidental guarantee have been completed, we will provide you with the ACCESS CREDENTIALS. GYM: There is a fully equipped gym with an extra fee of $6 USD per person per day, which must be paid at the resort’s reception (subject to availability). FOOD AND BEVERAGES: To be able to consume at the hotel’s restaurants, you must purchase one of the food and beverage packages directly at reception. They offer all-inclusive packages valid throughout the entire day, and even a breakfast-only buffet package served daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. at a cost of $22 USD per adult and $11 USD per child. If you are interested in the all-inclusive packages, I suggest asking about availability and prices at reception. I honestly do not recommend purchasing them, as right in front of the resort, in the “LA ISLA” shopping mall, you will find many restaurants for all tastes and budgets: At LA ISLA 2 (right across the street in front of the Airbnb): Kai (Asian) Los Chachalacos (Tacos) Sonora Grill (Steakhouse) At LA ISLA 1 (across the street and walking 200 meters to the left): Baby Lobster (Seafood) Cambalache (Argentinian) Crepes Factory (Crepes) Hooters (American) Johnny Rockets (Burgers) Jugo de Limón (Breakfast) La Parrilla (Mexican) La Pizzarra (Italian) LightHouse (Seafood) McDonald’s (Burgers) Subway (Sandwiches) Taco Grill (Mexican) Taco y Tequila (Mexican) If you want other higher-end options, you will find many more within a 10-minute walk from the hotel heading toward the airport. Inside the accommodation you will find DRINKS AND SNACKS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES. You can take them to the beach using the cooler available in the closet. Consumption will be charged to the registered card or deducted from the deposit. CHECK PRICES AND INVENTORY BY SCANNING THE QR CODE NEXT TO THE PRODUCTS OR ON THE REFRIGERATOR. You may also bring your own food and drinks to the accommodation. SUPERMARKET: You will find the SORIANA supermarket located in Plaza Kukulcan less than one kilometer away in the direction of the airport. TRANSPORTATION: For our guests looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable option, we offer the management of round-trip transportation on a luxury, air-conditioned bus, an excellent alternative for traveling between Cancun International Airport and La Isla Shopping Mall, located directly across from the Resort. This service is ideal for guests who prefer a reliable alternative to private transportation, without the need to drive or negotiate taxis upon arrival. SHOWS AND TOURS: Coco Bongo offers our guests a 10% discount on their open bar packages. This applies to you and your companions. It’s a show you cannot miss, and it is only 6 km away. If you are interested, once you make the reservation we can share the details. On the first floor of the resort’s main building, there is an agency that can sell you tickets for shows and tours during your stay. The same company that supports us with transportation for our guests can also provide tour services. Other things to note NUMBER OF GUESTS The number of guests (adults and children) selected when making your reservation must exactly match the number of people who will check in upon arrival. If you need to add more guests (depending on the accommodation’s capacity), you must request it from the host by message (for more details, please refer to the house rules). CHECK-IN Check-in is from 3:00 PM; however, if you have paid the Resort Fee, you may arrive starting at 11:00 AM and enjoy the common areas of the resort while your accommodation is being prepared. In this case, you must notify us upon arrival at the resort so our staff can bring your ID bracelets to the lobby area, which all guests must wear at all times during their stay. If you have paid the Resort Fee, you may also store your luggage in the luggage storage while the accommodation is being prepared (subject to availability). Please ask your host for the location and the code to open the storage room. Although the storage room is monitored by closed-circuit cameras, we are not responsible for your belongings. CHECKOUT The Airbnb must be vacated no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of your departure; however, if you have paid the Resort Fee, you may remain at the resort until 3:00 p.m. In this case, please notify us in advance so we can provide you with the location and instructions to access the luggage storage so you may store your belongings until you leave the resort. Although the storage area is monitored by closed-circuit cameras, we are not responsible for your belongings. CLEANING AND LAUNDRY: The accommodation does not include daily cleaning service. Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure. If you want cleaning service during your stay please let me know 48 hours in advance. It has an extra cost of $900 Mexican pesos or its equivalent in dollars depending on the exchange rate of the day. We offer laundry service upon request at a cost of $3 per kilo (2.2 lb). It must be requested 24 hours in advance since dirty clothes will be picked up between 11 am and 1 pm the following day and delivered 2 days later around 11 am. INSECTS: Due to the location of the condominium in the middle of so much vegetation and such a humid climate, there are insects that can enter such as mosquitoes, ants or field cockroaches. The condominium and the interior of the Airbnb are fumigated every month and every departure, in addition to cleaning, a special product is applied to eliminate them, but if you still detect any insect, you must notify us as soon as possible so that we can send someone to check and place the product in specific points. We do not make returns or refunds for this situation beyond our control. TOWELS: The rental includes 2 towels per guest: one bath towel and one pool/beach towel. Towels are not provided at the pools or beach for condominium guests, only for hotel guests. If you require a change of towels or bed sheets during your stay, it must be requested 48 hours in advance and will depend on whether our cleaning team is at the hotel that day, as sometimes we do not have check-outs and they cannot go only for that service since they live in downtown Cancún. The cost for changing towels is $2 USD per towel and $5 USD per bed for bed sheets. White towels may not be taken out of the unit and may not be exchanged for hotel towels, as hotel towels are marked. Pool and beach towels must be returned to the apartment each day, as if they are left in those areas, the resort is not responsible for recovering them. The cost for replacement and stain removal of towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, and bedspreads can be found in the “house rules” section. AIR CONDITIONING The air conditioners in all rooms are central air conditioners that work with chilled water pipes. They work differently than a mini split and therefore generate a little noise, light but noticeable. If you are very sensitive to noise, especially at night, we recommend that you use earplugs. We leave 2 sets of earplugs at your disposal at a very reasonable price in the snack basket. IMPORTANT: It is your responsibility before booking to have reviewed the photographs and read this information as well as the cancellation policies and house rules in the "Things to know" section of our Listing. In the house rules in particular you can find the CONDOMINIUM RULES AND OURS, which are very important to know.
