Great place with lots of room for fun. 3 bedroom home with large terrace off upstairs master for great view of the mountains and stars. Private and peaceful location but still close to downtown and bayfront. Other local attractions include Lawigan beach, Tinuy-an Falls, and Enchanted River. This home is gated and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants yet private enough to make you feel as if you were on the edge of the forest. The space There are three lovely bedrooms in the home. Two of them have queen size beds and the 3rd has two foam mattresses that can be used anywhere if desired. Plenty of closet and dresser storage for clothes. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house so privacy can be expected. Other things to note Hot water access in two bathrooms; master bath on 3rd floor and 2nd floor bathroom. Shower on the 1st floor is functional but is not hooked up to the hot water heater currently.
