It is light filled, private and welcoming! All bedrooms are accessed by the floating staircase to the upper level with a well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and living on the lower level. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary Bedroom (1 King ) has an ensuite with seperate shower and spa tub. Bedroom 2 (1 King Split) can be configured to two singles or leave as King. Please advise at time of booking how you wish Bedroom 2 to be configured. Bedroom 3 (Queen bed). The main bathroom is a two way entry to service Bedroom 2 and 3. Relaxing balconies invite the outdoors in, with Bedrooms 1 and 2 having seperate access to the main upstairs balcony, and Bedroom 3 with a smaller private balcony. There's a downstairs powder room and European laundry off the expansive kitchen with all you need to enjoy a self catered holiday. The swimming pool is approximately 5 x 2.5 meters with a relaxing water feature over a rock wall backdrop. A great undercover deck with servery from the kitchen makes for ambient alfresco evenings, with a BBQ. Guest access The entire Villa is dedicated to guests including the lock up garage. There is also off street parking and a car space beside the Villa to accommodate a small to medium size car.
