Unique villa locaded right on the seaside with its own private dock, cliffs and beach. Great sunset with the view of Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden located ritht across the water. Great surroundings with the tennis courts, common beach at Älgö located just a 5 minute walk from the house. The house hosts 3 bed rooms (one double bed, and two single beds) and one bathroom and a fire place. At the waterside there is a nice fire heated sauna and a large dock for nice evening or daytime hangout. The space Great design house located right on the waterside with private dock. Guest will have access to a kayak and a small open boat for trips or fishing on the water.
