Please note that coach houses are a fun and unique part of Chicago’s history—these charming buildings can no longer be newly built, and only properties with existing ones are allowed to keep them. While ours has been fully modernized with stylish finishes and updated technology, it still retains some quirks of its original structure. During extreme weather, the heating and cooling systems may not always distribute evenly between floors. For added comfort, we provide portable heaters (winter) and fans (summer), which are stored in the closet under the stairs.
