The space All spaces will be for the exclusive and restricted use of guests, including the swimming pool, soccer field, parking, children's playground, where no space will be shared with people other than those in the group of the stay. It has: - 2 small bedrooms, one with one (1) double bed and the other with one (1) bunk bed (all in new condition); - 1 large bedroom, with one (1) double bed and three (3) single beds, one with an auxiliary, accommodating up to 6 people. - Washing machine and clothesline; - Soccer field; - Pool table; - Hammock area; - A beautiful garden; - Large swimming pool; - Playground; place for a bonfire - Large party room, combined with the kitchen and living room, containing two (2) normal sofas and one (1) smart TV - One (1) desk for home office - Full kitchen, with barbecue, wood-burning stove, pizza oven that are currently disabled, refrigerator, conventional stove, microwave, coffee corner; and all necessary utensils; - Ample parking; - 60-megabyte fiber optic Wi-Fi; - We do not provide face and bath towels, sheets, comforters and pillows, dish towels and tablecloths.(Bring them for your use). Health issue! For wedding parties, birthdays or any other event, you will need to consult with the Hostess for the rental, it will not be allowed without her authorization We accept pet dogs, but they are forbidden to enter the pool, as it is made of vinyl. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any feces and urine. Bring the little beds. We do not accept cats for justifiable reasons Guest access Guests can access leisure areas, such as a swimming pool, soccer field, playground, bedroom areas and the main hall, which has a full kitchen, barbecue area and bathrooms, all from the parking lot. Other things to note The space is delivered clean, disinfected, and in perfect condition for use. The amount charged for the lease is already included in the cleaning fee, however, it must be delivered in an organized manner. At the site, everything that is damaged, broken or removed will be charged. There will be a table listing all the belongings and utensils of the property, in which the person responsible for the lease will sign a liability agreement during the period of the stay. If you exceed or wish to stay longer than 4:00 p.m., an additional fee of R$ 150.00 will be charged on normal daily rates. On a differential basis, during the holiday season, annual celebrations and commemorative dates, common and extended holidays, the amount is to be agreed with the Host, depending on future bookings.
