Located in beautiful St Anthony Park, halfway between downtown Minneapolis and St Paul, this 1920s Craftsman home offers a complete basement level guest suite. Ample lighting, reclaimed wood beams, and eclectic finishes lend to a bright and cozy space that will make you forget you’re in a basement. The space A shared entry in the rear of the home will gain you access to the newly renovated lower level, complete with full bathroom, bedroom, living room, dining/office area, and full kitchen. Living room area offers comfortable seating and smart tv with streaming services provided. Ample games and puzzles will help you wind down after a long day. Rest comfortably in the queen size sleep number bed with a tempurpedic top. Full closet and dresser allow you to unpack and stay awhile. The full bathroom has plenty of storage and adjustable lighting for all levels of wakefulness. Large coat closet in the hall offers additional area for storing luggage, strollers, you name it. The full kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal or warm up restaurant leftovers. Dining/office area is flexible and spacious. Guests will love the magical gardens and towering oaks that canopy the back yard. Guest access Entry to house is through the back of the house and opens directly into my kitchen with a private entrance to the basement guest suite immediately on the right. Guest will be provided an exterior door code for the length of their stay. Other things to note There is a friendly, non-barking, non-hypoallergenic dog in the house that you may encounter. She does not spend time in the guest suite but does spend time in the backyard. If you throw her a ball or a stick, she’ll be your best friend for the length of your stay.
