Bring your bike to hit the Chippewa River Trail (just 4.2 miles away), hike the DNR land adjacent to the bungalow, fish the Chippewa River (a short walk from the house), kayak from Phoenix Park, and enjoy the many events in and around downtown Eau Claire (just 6 miles away). In the Winter months you can enjoy ski-in, ski-out cross-country skiing or snowshoeing at the Silvermine Ski Jump Center right next door. You may see the Northern Lights, hear the waterfall, and enjoy the star filled sky while you sit on the roof top deck. A fire pit with firewood is available in the back yard.
