1st floor, direct oceanfront. 2 bedroom/2 bath. **Building is under construction ~ Still under construction all of 2025 - expect noise M-F, 8am-5pm. Prices adjusted, unsure of how long; most likely all of 2025** Pool is open, beach access open.
