This property has traffic noise because it is located on a main road, but does get much quieter at night. White noise machine provided in the main bedrooms. There is forced air heating/air conditioning with thermostat in living room. There is a split with thermostat in kitchen for heating/air conditioning and a split in upstairs with heating/air conditioning with a thermostat upstairs. Upstairs Futon: There are instructions for the futon in the chest across from it (instructions are also located in the Airbnb room listing with pictures) along with blankets and pillows.
