Spacious, Furnished Room

Enjoy privacy and comfort in this spacious, fully furnished ground floor bedroom, featuring a dedicated work space, plentiful storage, and a cozy couch and soft bed to relax in. Located five minutes walking distance from the beautiful Bear Creek Greenbelt open space, and easy access to Denver and the surrounding areas, this room and location are the definition of function and comfort. The space My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood called the Bear Creek Greenbelt, and located on a corner lot with plenty of street parking. I have a large, fenced in backyard, as well as a partially covered patio. A shed in the yard offers outdoor storage. Guest access Guests will enter through the front door, which has a keypad lock. Entry is limited to those on the reservation. Guests have full access to the main floor including shared kitchen, comfortable living room area, and dining area. Guests also have laundry access. Additional storage space can be discussed if needed, I am very flexible. Guests do not have access to the upper floor rooms, as these are dedicated owner spaces. There are two guest rooms located on the lower floor, which share a bathroom. Guests have private access to their dedicated room (for this listing, Room Y) and share the bathroom. During your stay Guests will have my cell and can reach me any time!
