Annex to thatched cottage in woodland gardens

Delightful self contained ground floor space adjoins our traditional Devon cottage, set within a beautiful and peaceful 2 acre woodland garden. Accommodation offers spacious living and dining room, fitted kitchen, modest double bedroom, plus the option of a double futon style sofa bed for one adult or two children. It has a walk in shower, (towels are provided). Outside, is a private sunken patio and garden, with table, chairs and barbecue area. Guests are welcome to share the extended garden. The space Little Apples is a modern ground floor extension to our traditional thatched cottage, situated at the edge of the village, hidden down a private road. It is secluded and close to the woods. It has a modest double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a double futon bed, best suited for two children or one adult. It has a walk in shower enclosure and everything guests may need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outside there is a parking space and its own private sunken garden with patio, table and chairs. We are very happy to share the rest of our 2 acre garden should guests wish to explore. Little Apples is situated approximately 10 - 20 minutes drive from the popular coastal towns, Lyme Regis, Seaton and also the popular seaside town of Beer. It is within 5 minutes walking distance to the local pub and a 15 minute walk to Miller's Farm shop, cafe and crafts. Guest access On arrival, the key will be in the front door. If we are not at home, the key will be in a key safe by the door. There is parking by the gate clearly marked. Other things to note Please note there is a beam and door frame in the living room - head height 180cm. Ceiling height is 210 cm. Please be aware, a stream runs through our garden and there are a number of deep ponds. Please do not leave dogs in the accommodation unattended. We do not offer EV charging yet, however fast chargers are available in Axminster and Colyton near by.
