Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, spacious deck with grill, and even a flock of wild turkeys! 20 minutes to USAFA, Garden of the Gods, and great trailheads. **We only rent to guests with reviews.** No smoking of any kind. Pets must be approved. Evidence of smoking OR of pets without approval will incur a $300 fine. The space *** Please note, we do not currently offer laundry facilities. *** All bedrooms are upstairs. The modern master: Our main bedroom welcomes you with French doors. You’ll enjoy the luxurious new carpet and new mattress. Take a soak in the tub after a long hike or enjoy a long shower (and with a tankless water heater, no one has to wait for hot water!) The nature lover’s room: also with new carpet, this room offers a second king bed and a workspace. The bunk room: twin loft bed and two twin beds with an option for a fourth twin bed set up on the floor. The toddler sleep space: a little room equipped with a toddler bed, white noise, and full darkness for better rest. You want the littlest one to sleep well too…you’re on vacation, after all! The kitchen is well equipped for making and sharing great meals. A haven for hot drinks…We have an instant hot spout at the sink for tea in seconds, a lovely tea kettle and a coffee pot to brew your favorite morning cup of Java. Enjoy cozy nights before a fire (and lots of throw blankets!) and beautiful forest views from every window. Guest access There’s a very easy keypad entry. Other things to note Please note: we do not currently offer laundry facilities. Early/late check outs will be considered on a case by case basis. Early check-in costs $50/hr. We have a security camera that can view the front porch. There are no cameras inside. SNOW! In colder months (December-May), we ***highly recommend*** 4-wheel drive/all wheel drive vehicles. We can easily have 12+inches of snow, even as late as May. Our neighborhood is typically plowed same day for lighter snows. Snowfall over 1 foot may take longer. NO SMOKING of any kind. NO PETS.
