Newly built "underground" room in the basement of a family house with an original atmosphere ... with a comfortable double bed and a large bathroom. A real double bed 180x200 will guarantee you perfect relaxation and if necessary, an extra bed 140x200 for another 2 guests in the form of a sofa bed. You can park your car on the street right in front of the house. It's 5 minutes to Smetanovo Square. We'll accommodate you personally, there are a few things to explain... Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets (family allergies). The space The above-standard room of 43m2 has an ideal climate for the summer season thanks to the basement layout and brick walls. Of course, we will be happy to welcome you all year round, but in summer the effect is best :) A solid bed that you won't want to leave, just because you can watch your favorite movie on a 75"TV or just relax... and look at the beautiful details of the brick vault... the details, which are countless, make this room unique...A large bathroom with two sinks will only add the ultimate feeling of well-being. In a private refrigerator with a small freezer, built into a mini kitchenette, a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is cooled. Everything in the fridge is for you... at reasonable prices according to the offer ;) Includes a kettle and other equipment, see photo. On the ground floor there is a shared dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator and a table for 8 people....and a comfortable sofa for other guests ... You will find us on the horizon of the street...one of the largest houses, a stone fence with black forged gates and stone stairs from the gate to the house ...see the photo again. Guest access In addition to the dining room and the room, it is also possible to use the garden, where you can contemplate over coffee or tea or maybe sit with friends over a glass of wine... Parking by car is right on the street in front of the house, unfortunately the van is no longer (limited capacity of 2 parking spaces) but there is the possibility of parking larger cars in the free parking lot at the castle about 300m away. We will accommodate you personally, we will be happy to welcome you and there are a few details about the use of the room and dining room that are better explained on the spot...
