Clean quiet ensuite with king size bed

Our house locates in a quiet & safe neighbourhood, 6m walk from Eastcote underground station (Piccadilly+ Metropolitan line). This ensuite features a king size bed with medium firm mattress on the ground floor. You will have your own bedroom & bathroom. Kitchen is shared. Many restaurants, supermarkets, parks are nearby. For 1 night & 3 nights stay, a small discount applies by sending me a request. 1 free hot yoga class can be booked in advance. Long stays are possible upon request. The space Our house is very quiet at night. Please refrain from doing the following after 10pm: - Cooking (of course you can make tea at any time) - Playing music on speaker mode (any time with your earphones on) - chatting loudly We are here to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, equally, we expect our guest have common sense and show respect to others. * Please talk to me if you have any concerns or you can't find anything. * Please try to come back before midnight or be very quiet when you open/ shut the door. * Please don't eat, drink near the electric heater or cover it. * Please don't leave leftover food in the room. * No irresponsible drinking. * Please be mindful with your shower duration - A couple used up our water tank in an hour (320L water). This is a family house. Thank you for your kind cooperation. Guest access Your can use the room key to lock the door. Strictly no smoking, vaping or lighting candles in the room. You are welcome to smoke in the garden. You can use our kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. but please do simple cooking only and nothing with strong odours. Tea, coffee, milk, snacks are provided free of charge. You can leave your luggage with us for free. Additional parking is available free of charge too. We have everything in the kitchen so please do not use your own electrical appliances in the room. i.e. no kettle, stove, fridge or electrical blanket. They are fire hazard and this is the room for sleeping not cooking. Thank you for your understanding. For a free hot yoga class, please check guidebooks for registration. Happy to leave you to your own space, or we can also exchange travel stories over a cup of tea. Please note I don't check my phones during quiet hours or when I'm in meetings. I always endeavour to reply your request ASAP but may not always be possible. Thank you. Other things to note Due to the large space on the ground floor, generally a maximum of 22 Celsius room temperature can be reached if outside temperature dropped below 2 in winter. If you require a very warm room, please reconsider your booking. You won't need a key for the front door as someone is home 24/7. Just message me your arrival time.
