Welcome to your home away from home. Enjoy a modern house, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, that sleeps 4, fully air conditioned and equipped for your comfort. From here you can enjoy the mountains and the ocean just a few steps from the front door. Walk to secluded swim areas or access the Caminho de São Pedro coastal trail, for stunning views of the North Coast. You will be centrally located on the island, in a quiet village. 15-20 min to airport, Ponta Delgada and Ribeira Grande. The space Imagine waking up after a peaceful and reenergising night. You enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of birds and take in the views of the green mountains of Sete Cidades or Montanha do Fogo. Then you go on a hike on one of the nearby trails, or simply explore the green rolling hills from just outside the gate. Later you cool down in the ocean at the nearby swimming area. And in the evening you prepare a meal in the modern, fully equipped kitchen, or have a bbq on the patio using a convenient gas grill. On a rainy day you can listen to the pattering raindrops while reading a book in the sun room. It is only a short drive to the hot springs in Caldeira Velha, ideal in a cooler day. All are welcome in our inclusive space. The House is equipped for your comfort and any needs you might have during your stay. The lounge has large windows looking on to the back patio and garden. There are multiple sofas, benches and chairs, as well as outdoor furniture for you to enjoy eating al fresco. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all utensils. There is a washer in the laundry room for your convenience. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and ensuite and a dedicated work space. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a view to the front garden. The entire property is air-conditioned for your comfort. Even though this is a very safe and quiet location, you can park your vehicle inside the property. There is a bus stop at the beginning of the street. Just across the main road you will find a small grocery store and an ATM. Larger supermarkets, restaurants and bars are all within a short drive. It is a 10 min drive to Santa Barbara Beach and beach bars, a 20 min drive to Caldeira Velha or 45 min to Furnas. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for one room where the owners keep their belongings. This is not a shared space in any way.
